Fermi Research Alliance, LLC (FRA) as managing operator of Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (FNAL or Fermilab) under contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), wishes to issue this RFI for the purpose of obtaining information on the feasibility of laboratories to perform the analysis of toxic component of mixed low-level waste that are required for the objectives, scope, and plan stated below.
