BSA requests quotations for five one-each Radiodetection items: an 8200SG locator kit, receiver and transmitter Li-ion battery kits, a 5-inch transmitter signal clamp, and an RD7200/RD8200 A-frame and bag, including lead time and any available discounts. Quotations should include pricing, country of origin/manufacture, UEI, and a published price list if available, and pricing must remain valid for at least 60 days. For items under 150 lbs, international shipment may use BSA’s FedEx account and offerors should advise item weight; otherwise pricing must be all-inclusive with freight, tariffs, packing, handling, and other delivery costs to Brookhaven National Laboratory, with no separate freight or additional charges on the PO. For foreign products over 150 lbs where all-inclusive pricing is unavailable, BNL must be Importer of Record, Incoterms will be DAP, and BNL’s designated freight forwarder must be used. Award will go to the responsive and responsible offeror with the lowest total evaluated price meeting technical requirements, via an anticipated Firm Fixed Price purchase order subject to attached terms; include ECCN and HTS codes if applicable.
