Vendors with existing folder access should review the contents to ensure they have all available documents. Description: This is a Request for Information (RFI) open to all vendors interested in providing price and schedule information for specialty equipment that will be used within the Clinical Alpha Radionuclide Producer (CARP) at Brookhaven National Laboratory located in Upton, NY. A list of equipment and associated specifications can be found in Enclosure 1. As indicated in Enclosure 1, to obtain certain specifications, interested vendors must send an email request to the Contractor Administrator (Joe Famiglietti, jfamiglie@bnl.gov). Note: Interested vendors are not required to provide information on every item identified in Enclosure 1. Questions Deadline: 4PM on April 21, 2025 (send to jfamiglie@bnl.gov) RFI Response Deadline: 4PM on April 29, 2025 (send to jfamiglie@bnl.gov) Deliverable (for as many line items as possible): 1) An 80% confidence rough order magnitude (ROM) cost estimate. 2) Approximate lead time (include the time needed for any design, fabrication, delivery, and if required, installation. 3) Desired payment schedule for the design, fabrication, delivery, and if required, installation of the items listed. Include all payment terms. NOTE: This RFI is for information and planning purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government, nor will the U.S. Government pay for information solicited. The information from this notice will help Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (herein known as “BSA”), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory under a Prime Contract with the U.S. Department of Energy survey available resources.
