OVERVIEW & BACKGROUND Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL) is constructing the Seismic Safety & Modernization (SSM), a new conference center that will also house other facilities, including the new Medical Center. LBNL is soliciting bids for the Medical Center’s Medical Equipment, installation, set-up, calibration, commissioning and storage. SCOPE OF WORK Supplier must be able to provide the medical equipment, store unassembled equipment in local bay area warehouse, install the medical equipment at the LBNL, commissioning of applicable equipment and training for all equipment provided. The selected vendor must have a Bay Area equipment installation partner and warehousing capabilities in case of early equipment delivery and/or delays in the SSM building construction completion.
