Execution of the EIC project will require professional A/E design services for supporting conventional construction and infrastructure. The scope of work for A/E services shall include all professional services to furnish CD-2 and CD-3 design services and construction oversight. The work will include site/project familiarization, detailed site surveys and analysis, engineering, alternatives analysis, preparation of electronic drawings, graphics, renderings, specifications, comprehensive reports and cost estimates, construction documents and home office support and field inspection. Capability statements must be received by BSA no later than August 25, 2021. BSA prefers electronic submissions of submittals.
