Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (FNAL) is requesting proposals for removal and replacement of one high bay roof and masonry wall repairs at the MINOS Service Building. The work is located on the Fermilab site adjacent to Batavia, Illinois, in Kane County. The subcontractor must furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, overhead, bonding, safety/quality oversight, and supervision required per the drawings and specifications. Amendment 01, issued 9/10/26, provided the 9/9/26 site visit attendance sheet and added a second site visit on 9/16/26 at 1pm CT. Amendment 02, issued 9/25/26, provided the 9/16/26 site visit attendance sheet, responses to offeror questions, and revised solicitation documents.

The work is located on the Fermilab Site in Kane County, adjacent to Batavia, Illinois. The Subcontractor must furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, overhead, bonding, safety oversight, quality control oversight, and supervision required to complete the work per the drawings and technical specifications. A detailed SOW is attached, titled “MINOS High Bay Roof Replacement and Masonry Wall Repair.” Amendment 01 provides the attendance sheet from the 9/9/26 site visit and adds a second site visit on 9/16/26 at 1pm CT.
