Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (FNAL) is requesting qualifications for professional Architectural and Engineering services for the design and commissioning of three separate, new HVAC systems – one at Site 39, one in Building 326, and one in Building 327. The projects are located on the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab) Site, adjacent to the city of Batavia, Illinois. Refer to the site map for the exact locations of Site 39, Building 326, and Building 327. These are three separate, stand-alone design projects that must be completed simultaneously. The projects may be awarded to one, two, or three firms. The Subcontractor shall include all personnel, facilities, equipment, materials, travel, supplies, overhead, insurance, safety oversight, quality control oversight, and supervision as required to perform all work as described in the following Statements of Work (SOW): - A/E Support for Design and Commissioning for Site 39 HVAC Replacement dated 8/5/24 (Exhibit C) - Building 326 HVAC Replacement dated 1/16/25 (Exhibit D) - Building 327 HVAC Replacement dated 1/16/25 (Exhibit E) Proposals are due 06/17/2025 at 3pm CT.
