The proposal due date is also being extended until August 22, 2024. Amendment 02 was added to this solicitation on August 6, 2024. The purpose of Amendmnet 02 is to add drawings to the file. Please review document titled, "IB3a Helium Recovery Drawings" for more informaiton. Amendment 01 was added to this solicitation on July 24, 2024. The purpose of Amendment 01 is to change the Site Visit date to August 5 at 2:00 PM CST and to extend the proposal due date to August 16 at 5:00 PM CST. The questions due date has also been revised and are now due August 8 at 5PM CST. Please see attached document titled, "Amendment 01" for more information. Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (FNAL) is in the process of installing a Helium Recovery System at Industrial Buildings Complex. We are adding a new piping system to recover helium from Industrial Building 3 Addition (IB3a) to Industrial Building 1 Addition (IB1a) purifier compressor suction.
