The A/E shall furnish the personnel, facilities, equipment, materials, travel, and supplies necessary to perform topographic surveying services, as required by ISD E at Fermilab in Batavia, Illinois, for FRA. The A/E shall perform all tasks in-house or use a team of sub-tier subcontractors approved by FRA to provide complete coverage for all tasks, hereinafter referred to as the Work. A/E services shall include all normal and customary professional A/E services per the Illinois Professional Land Surveyor Act and the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS) Model Standards for Topographic Surveys required of a qualified, professionally licensed A/E and its sub-tier subcontractors, and complete the work in accordance with FRA’s requirements as outlined herein, as well as applicable portions of the U.S. Department of Energy and the State of Illinois codes, orders, and regulations.
