This task will provide final design construction documents utilizing the results of the study, initial conceptual design summaries and additional information provided herein. All design will adhere to Fermi Radiological Work requirements. This task is best described divided into five subsections: 1. Ground mounted exhaust system consisting of fan, heater and stack for condensate boil-off dispersion; design solutions are covered in the study documents and considered at a 30% design level. 2. Control strategies; design solutions covered in this RFP are currently at a 30% design level. 3. Transformer design and placement; as described at a conceptual design level in this RFP. A 30% submission is required. 4. 15,000 gallon integrated condensate storage system; as described at a conceptual design level in this RFP. A 30% submission is required. 5. Permanent separate building enclosure adjacent to MI-65 to house the condensate storage system; as described at a conceptual design level in this RFP. A 30% submission is required.
