FRA is seeking a qualified firm to conduct a planning level study for the laboratory campus of Fermilab in Batavia, aimed at transitioning its energy infrastructure to fully electric systems. The study will focus on analyzing the feasibility, challenges, and opportunities associated with electrifying the campus, including the replacement of natural gas systems. The study will also evaluate the impact of introducing EV infrastructure. The overall goal is to optimize energy consumption, enhance energy efficiency, promote energy conservation, and achieve a sustainable, net-zero emissions operation. Please see the attached RFP for more details. AMENDMENT 01 (02/19/2024) The purpose of this amendment is to upload the Terms and Conditions (see attached doc). No other changes were made. AMENDMENT 02 (02/26/2024) The purpose of this modification is to: 1. Remove all language requesting price proposals. This is a request for qualifications. 2. Answer all RFI’s received.
