Scope of Work: STATIC DISSIPATIVE FLOORING The general scope of this project is to prepare and lay ESD protective epoxy floor in G-WEST (G723) laboratory in the HEERC building (approximately 3,000 sqf). ? Grind and/or shotblast existing surface for proper adhesion of applied product ? Install Dur-A-Flex Dur-A-Gard ESD Primer with copper grounding tape, grounding points provided by others. ? Install Dur-A-Flex ESD Gard ? Install Dur-A-Flex Armor Top ESD urethane ? Per site visit all existing caulk to remain, installation will terminate at caulk lines ? Installation duration 5-6 days working all areas simultaneously ? Pricing based on open box install if walls have been installed need to see wall plan and/or visit site. Requirements: ESD protective floor within the range 10^6-10^9 Ohms. Tasks: 1. Grind existing concrete floor to remove sealer and open up new concrete 2. Honour service trenches and vibration isolation trenches 3. Slope floor to level floor around trenches 4. Prime floor with penetrating moisture tolerant primer 5. Base coat floor with appropriate ESD protective epoxy 6. Lay out copper stripes and ground floor 7. Finish and clean-up floor. Period of Performance: 30 Days
