To All Prospective Offerors, Fermi Research Alliance, LLC (FRA) is seeking a contractor for the removal and installation of HVAC units and accessories in accordance with the statement of work at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory located in Batavia, IL. This acquisition is being advertised as a 100% small business set-aside and will be evaluated on a Best Value – Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procurement basis. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors with a size standard of $19M. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. SITE VISIT: A site visit is scheduled for May 3, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. Central Time. Visitors should meet in the lobby of Wilson Hall at the designated time.
