The Offeror shall furnish and deliver a Performance Climate Changer (CSAA ) CSAA010UA Chilled water air handler sized for 4500 cfm and 18 tons of capacity. The unit shall also include steam coil for winter heating needs sized for about 180Mbh in strict accordance with RFQ and Enclosure A.
