Battelle Energy Alliance (BEA), managing and operating contractor for Idaho National Laboratory (INL), is seeking expressions of interest from qualified small businesses authorized by IBM to provide renewal services for INL’s IBM Elastic Storage System and IBM Storage Scale System supporting its high-performance computing environment. The work covers IBM-authorized warranty, maintenance, software support, media retention, and related coordination with IBM to keep support continuous for the existing storage infrastructure. Required coverage is base period 10/01/2026–10/01/2027 with option years 10/01/2027–10/01/2028 and 10/01/2028–10/01/2029, with annual pricing requested. Services will support INL in Idaho. This EOI is intended to identify interested qualified small businesses and may inform development of a formal solicitation list, with selected vendors potentially invited to an RFP process.
