Battelle Energy Alliance is seeking expressions of interest from qualified vendors to fabricate, inspect, and test one ASME Section VIII, Division 2 stainless steel pressure vessel for the ATR Loop Pressurizer, including associated appurtenances, materials, hydrostatic testing, lifting-lug load testing, shop drawings, and shipping preparations. The vessel must meet nuclear-grade requirements, including ASME NQA-1 quality assurance, ASME “U” stamp certification, specified metallurgical and cleanliness standards, and compliance with applicable ASME, AISC, and seismic references. Work includes fabrication at the subcontractor’s facility and final delivery to WestOne Logistics in Idaho Falls, ID. This EOI is intended to identify interested and qualified vendors and may inform development of a formal solicitation list and subsequent RFP process.
