Battelle Energy Alliance seeks expressions of interest from qualified vendors to provide heavy equipment rental services for Idaho National Laboratory facilities in Idaho Falls and at Site locations west of Idaho Falls. Rentals would be on an as-needed basis with delivery and pickup, covering rollers, soil compactors, dozers, motor graders, excavators and attachments, scrapers, articulated haul trucks, wheel loaders, water equipment, and rubber track dump trucks meeting OSHA/ANSI and manufacturer standards. The proposed base period is January 1, 2027–December 31, 2027, with four option years extending through December 31, 2031. Equipment delivery should not exceed one week from request, and malfunctioning or defective equipment should be repaired or replaced within 24 hours. This EOI is intended to identify qualified vendors for a possible future RFP, and selected respondents may be invited to participate.
