Battelle Energy Alliance (BEA) is seeking expressions of interest from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive Chemical Management Managed Service for the Idaho National Laboratory (INL). The service will cover on-site chemical coordination, enterprise Chemical Inventory System (CIS) administration, compliance and reporting, training, and program management. Performance will be at INL’s laboratory and facility network, with a required local presence and response capability in the Idaho Falls, Idaho area. Responding vendors must demonstrate experience with chemical lifecycle workflows, regulatory compliance, and the ability for staff to obtain required DOE clearances. This EOI is the first step toward a future solicitation, and selected respondents may be invited to participate in a subsequent RFP process.
