Battelle Energy Alliance (BEA) is seeking qualified vendors to provide a software solution for the Idaho National Laboratory’s Tuition Assistance Program, as part of an ongoing Discovery project. The solution must be comprehensive, secure, and scalable, with capabilities including application management, workflow approval, eligibility validation, and integration with HR or financial systems. Responses to this Expression of Interest (EOI) will inform a future solicitation, with selected vendors potentially invited to participate in a Request for Proposal process.
