Battelle Energy Alliance (BEA) is seeking expressions of interest from qualified small businesses certified under NAICS 513210 to provide commercial software products, licensing, updates, maintenance, and technical support for the Idaho National Laboratory (INL). The selected vendor may supply COTS software, manage renewals and upgrades, ensure cybersecurity compliance, and provide technical support. Interested firms must maintain an active SAM.gov registration with the specified NAICS certification. Responses to this EOI must be submitted by August 4, 2026, and will be used to develop a formal solicitation list for a potential future RFP. Performance of services will be for INL, which is located in Idaho.
