This is an Expression of Interest for remodeling services at the TAN-629 hangar at Idaho National Laboratory to improve its structural integrity, functionality, and compliance. The work will be performed at the Idaho National Laboratory site, and the Davis-Bacon Act and a Site Stabilization Agreement apply to construction work within the laboratory's 890-square mile boundary. The scope includes demolition, structural upgrades, and installation of new systems and finishes. This initial step is to identify qualified vendors who may later be invited to respond to a formal Request for Proposal.
