This is an Expression of Interest for the construction of a new, larger lined warm waste pond at the Advanced Test Reactor Complex in Idaho. The scope includes earthwork, installing a double-lined leak-detection system, and extending site infrastructure like roads, fencing, and utilities. The purpose is to expand capacity and enhance resiliency for ongoing operations, and selected vendors from this phase may be invited to a future Request for Proposal.
