Battelle Energy Alliance is seeking expressions of interest from qualified vendors to fully replace an obsolete HVAC system at the Idaho National Laboratory in Idaho. The scope includes demolition of the old system and installation of a new unit with associated infrastructure and controls. This initial step will inform a future Request for Quote process. The deadline for submitting an expression of interest is May 1, 2026.
