This is an Expression of Interest for the replacement and upgrade of a parking lot and associated infrastructure at the Idaho National Laboratory in Idaho. The project aims to improve safety, accessibility, and reliability, and includes work such as asphalt replacement, new canopies, lighting, and minor landscaping. The contract is divided into three zones, with at least Zone 1 intended for award, and the others optional based on funding. The deadline for submitting an Expression of Interest is May 1, 2026. Selected respondents will be invited to participate in a subsequent Request for Quote process.
