REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST Consultation Services for Childcare Services Analysis Battelle Energy Alliance LLC (BEA), management & operating contractor of the Idaho National Laboratory (INL), is requesting an expression of interest from prospective offerors (subcontractors) that are qualified and capable to provide a comprehensive study of the potential establishment of a childcare/child development center at INL, and the current local childcare/daycare/child development center market environment, demands, et al. Note: The formal RFP and SOW will contain additional and more specific requirements.
