BEA routinely conducts numerous infrastructure revitalization activities, facility modifications to support mission enablement, and general site construction projects necessary to enable safe and efficient operation of INL facilities. These projects, being Davis-Bacon covered work ranging from $10,000 to $1,000,000 with a total aggregate cost of all projects between $10 - $20 million, are expected to continue as the INL continues to invest in critical infrastructure and research and development capabilities. BEA is seeking qualified firms (or firms willing to qualify) to compete for a three year contract(s), with optional extensions, to provide small to medium construction general contractor services consisting of general construction, mechanical, electrical, structural, civil, and other specialty construction as needed.
