In Support Of Environmental Monitoring. Description: HMIS currently has a subcontractor providing support in a lab space leased in Richland, Washington, containing approximately 350 to 500 square feet of lab space. The subcontractor’s lease is set to expire. Therefore, the HMIS is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, HMIS will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy HMIS’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Continuity of services must be maintained.
