Fermi Research Alliance LLC is under contract by the U.S. Department of Energy-Office of Science at Fermilab, Batavia Illinois. The Proton Improvement Plan (PIP-II) project recognizes the value of GS1 Standardization. GS1 Standardization enables supply chains to share information from factory, shipper, warehouse, distributor, to end user. GS1 Standards assure products are identified within a disciplined organizational supply structure affording transparency factory to end user. PIP-II desires to locate responsible sources who can transition PIP-II’s current supply state (6,000 Vendors, Approximately 25,000 Unique Part Numbers) to GS1.org standards and assist PIP-II to devise and successfully deploy a GS-1 Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN). We are requesting responses from all responsible sources. Please respond in your own format (with affiliation to GS1) to: Frank G.
