(FRA) is seeking potential sources for an anticipated solicitation for construction services to be performed on an Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) basis. FRA anticipates awarding a Subcontract allowing for the issuance of unique task orders under either a firm-fixed price or time and materials basis, depending on the requirements of FRA at the time work is required. Each task order or release will be under $150,000.00 in value. The anticipated term of the Subcontract is 5 years, with a base year and subsequent option years. The Request for Proposal will be solicited for full and open competition. The anticipated value of the resulting Subcontract is anticipated not to exceed $20,000,000.00 over 5 years. There is no scope of work as part of this Sources Sought posting; a full scope of work will be made available when FRA posts a Request for Proposals document, currently anticipated to be in October of 2022.
