Fermi Research Alliance, LLC (FRA) intends to acquire the fabrication of a QUANTITY of nine (9) 650 MHz COUPLER ASSEMBLIES for use on the HB 650 GHz prototype cryomodule for the PIP-II project, in accordance with the attachments: released_ED0005689-A--650 COUPLER Technical Specification, and applicable drawings. The resultant subcontractor shall furnish all materials, personnel, facilities, support, and management necessary to meet the requirements in accordance with the aforementioned specifications and drawings. Please be advised that the attachments provided under this Presolicitation Notice are considered “draft” at this time. Upon issuance of a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, these attachments will become “final” and it will be incumbent upon your firm to review the final documents for any changes/updates made. In order to participate in FRA’s solicitation responses, all offerors are required to register in FRA’s supplier portal at https://procurement.fnal.gov/supplier-portal/.
