The desired solution must not affect pure water chemistry or stainless-steel corrosion/cracking performance and must not introduce devices or materials requiring removal after repair. Solutions must be external to the system, completely dissolve into known constituents at room temperature, or be otherwise non-intrusive. No budget amounts, performance location, or submission timelines are specified in this notice. This is not a solicitation, and NNL will not cover costs incurred by respondents.
