Fermi Research Alliance LLC (FRA), operator of Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (hereinafter called Fermilab), has issued this Request for Information (RFI) in furtherance of Fermilab’s Prime Contract No. DE-AC02-76CG11359 with the United States Department of Energy (DOE). Fermilab requests your Budgetary Proposal for Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) in accordance with the attached CMMS Functional Requirement document. Your response to this RFI should be received no later than close of business on June 9, 2020, to the Procurement Specialist shown below: Brian Quinn Procurement Specialist III Fermi Research Alliance LLC Email: bquinn@fnal.gov This RFI does not commit Fermilab or the United States Government to pay any costs incurred in the preparation or submission of any response to procure any supplies or services. You should clearly indicate proprietary data in response to this RFI that you do not want disclosed to the public for any purpose or used by Fermilab or the Government except for evaluation purposes. Cost Estimate Best Delivery – More specifically, please provide an estimated implementation schedule for your proposed CMMS solution, assuming FRA procures a CMMS solution in June, 2020. For purposes of the RFI, Offerors shall respond to each section in the “CMMS Functional Requirement” document, namely: Maintenance Work Order Management Planning and Scheduling Management Labor and Resources Management Equipment, Systems, Linear Utilities and Building Management Mobile App Needs Front End / Service Request Capability Front End: Reporting and Dashboard Capability Parts / Materials Management Capital Planning Additionally, the subsections under “Capabilities to Explore” should also be addressed. The “Integrations” Section provides some contents in terms of existing FRA systems and tools that a CMMS system may need to integrate with. Respondents are asked to provide general information regarding the ability of their CMMS solution to integrate with other systems. FRA may request further clarification or examples as part of this process. The “Addendum” Section lists basic functional capabilities FRA is seeking in any proposed solution. We would appreciate if you would indicate via email, if your company intends on responding with a Budgetary Proposal to this RFI no later than May 29, 2020.
