The Subcontractor shall furnish all management, supervision, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, transportation, and equipment with appropriate accessories and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all services described herein. The Subcontractor shall be required to perform rapid response general construction work on an as-needed basis. Work will be covered by the Davis Bacon Act or Service Contract Act, as indicated by FRA, all in accordance with attached solicitation documents. This procurement is a Native American 8(a) Small Business Set-Aside. Amendment 1, dated 1-14-2022, extends the due date for proposals and provides multiple clarifications.
