Amendment 1, Dated 12/15/2020 Extends the Due Date for Proposals to January 5th, 2021. A revision to the pricing page will be forthcoming indicating the resulting subcontract will be firm fixed price, instead of firm fixed price IDIQ. Amendment 2, dated 12/24/2020 Extends the due date to January 8th, 2021 and provides revised RFP documents reflecting a firm fixed price subcontracting approach. The Subcontractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to perform monthly inspections on 140 pieces of equipment based on the scope of work and tour interval, as well as take vibration reading data on rotating equipment, and produce a monthly report in accordance with the requirements in the scope of work. Pieces of equipment may be added or removed from the scope of work during the term of this subcontract; this equipment variance is not anticipated to exceed +/- 10% of the total equipment. Pricing should be expressed as a monthly amount based on the schedule in the scope of work, and a separate hourly rate to be used in the event the Supplier is tasked with addressing any repair work which may be related to inspection findings on the aforementioned equipment list. Period of performance is anticipated to be Feb. 1 2021 through January 31, 2026. Work performed under any resulting subcontract will be subject to WD SCA 2015-5017 Rev 15 Dated 5/13/2020.
