This Pre-Solicitation notice is released to the public with the intent to share NREL’s benchmark requirements and draft technical specifications (Note: all documents are in draft form and subject to change.) expected to become part of the RFP planned to be released at the end of November 2020. NREL is releasing this information to allow interested parties the ability to review these documents, ask questions, provide comments and otherwise begin any preparations that may be necessary to plan strong proposals in response to NREL’s expected RFP for the ESIF-HPC-3 procurement. This Pre-Solicitation Notice and draft documents (Note: all documents are in draft form and subject to change.) are planned to be publicly posted for approximately four (4) weeks. Questions and comments are anticipated to be received for the first three (3) of those weeks, with a formal amendment posted on beta.SAM.gov on the Friday of each week responding to all questions and comments received during the preceding week. All questions and comments related to this document, the benchmarks and draft technical specifications (Note: all documents are in draft form and subject to change.) shall be sent to the NREL Subcontract Administrator, Katy Salverson at Kathleen.Salverson@nrel.gov. Questions or comments sent to any other source will not receive a response.
