HMIS currently utilizes warehouse space on the Hanford site and in the city of Richland, WA. It is HMIS’s intent to consolidate warehouse facilities to a central location in North Richland, Washington. This warehouse is expected to containing minimum of 205,000 square feet, (no maximum is available at this time) of contiguous space on a single floor in a warehouse type building, and a lot size of at least 10 acres. Potential for expansion is preferred, future expansion may be of the offered facility or as a separate building that may be added at a later date on the same site. Please see EOI for specifications.
