Washington River Protection Solutions, LLC (WRPS) has been substantially incentivized to provide EVMS training and conduct Self-Governance and internal surveillance of the EVM system in compliance with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) requirements of Electronic Industries Alliance (EIA)-748. This scope requires expertise professionally establishing, coordinating all data aspects of, and conducting surveillance protocol in alignment with the grading and data tracing requirements in alignment with those evolving DOE requirements. WRPS is at the refinement and implementation stages of 2 new capital line item projects, which has thrust our EVMS training, certification and surveillance activities into the rigid expectation and review of DOE Project Management Project Controls (PM-30), per the requirements of DOE Order 413.3b. With the higher standard of compliance in the DOE community and for capital line item scope as it relates to the DOE-sponsored External Reviews, complexities of flowing down major aspects of the EVMS to major subcontractors and the requirement to continually update and provide training to Control Account Managers, Senior Management and support teams, interviews, including mock interviews of project staff and perform Data-driven analysis of EV Performance data, external expertise and additional perspective is critical.
