UT-Battelle, LLC (the Company) is seeking procurement of nine (9) Solenoid & Vacuum Assemblies. These Assemblies will be delivered to Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) in support of a DOE funded research and development program. The scope of work includes final design evaluation, procurement of commercially available components, fabrication, assembly, inspections, testing, storage (as needed) and delivery. The Solenoid & Vacuum Assembly procurement is expected to be awarded in the summer of 2024, with work to begin immediately after contract award. Delivery will be finalized at time of award, to include staggered deliveries. The award will be a single, competitive fixed price contract and may include options for up to an additional Eighteen (18) units to be fabricated and delivered in multiple subsequent orders. The optional assemblies could be purchased in multiple orders with varying schedules & quantities. There is no guarantee of additional orders beyond the original scope. Required delivery for optional units (if awarded) is estimated to begin approximately one month following the first delivery and continue with one assembly per month thereafter. *Note: the actual Statement of Work and Technical Specifications and other attachments are for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), Specified Export Controlled (SP-EXPT), and Proprietary Information (PROPIN). CUI//SP-EXPT/PROPIN documents will be password protected and will be sent via email to the qualified potential Offerors.
