Fabrication and delivery of a cryogen free, bottom-loaded Dilution Refrigerator System for use at the High Flux Isotope Reactor (HFIR) in the neutron scattering user program, particularly in the POWDER (HB2A) Instrument. This compact refrigerator shall be capable of continuous operation with base temperature less than 50 mK, with a cooling power of more than 200 ?W at 100 mK.
