This project will be broken down into two (2) phases. Phase one (1) will include discovery of BNL’s UCM and MS Teams environment and complete a pilot of Teams phone. The deliverable from phase one (1) will be a multi-year plan to complete the migration to Teams phone and include a new on-premises phone system to support users that are not in our Office 365 tenant. Phase two (2) will be the execution of the implementation plan from phase one (1). BNL has the right to terminate this project after phase one (1) is complete or continue with phase two (2).
