Offerers must provide a commercially available product meeting the performance and specifications of the item(s) identified in Attachment A. 2. Will the offeror provide all of the items as listed in Attachment A with specified manufacturer and item numbers? If no, offerer shall submit a detailed specification and test report that illustrates equivalent requirements. 3. Does the offerer have previous experience manufacturing, assembling, and testing multichannel spectrometers of similar complexity for the item identified in Attachment A? If yes, the offerer shall provide references for at least three (3) successfully manufactured, assembled, tested and delivered multichannel spectrometers of similar complexity. Insurance: Upon award, in accordance with Article 6 of the attached “BSA Supplemental Terms and Conditions for Work by Contractors On Site at Brookhaven National Laboratory”. Prior to coming on site to perform work, the certificate must remain in effect for the duration of the subject contract and must be filed with BNL Procurement & Property Management Division. System For Award Management (SAM): In order to support DOE reporting requirements, BSA requires all its vendors/contractors to be registered in the U. S. Government supplier database entitled System For Award Management (SAM) with their Dun & Bradstreet number (Duns#). Registration can be performed on line at www.sam.gov. If not already registered, please register as soon as possible since failure to do so may preclude BSA from doing business with your organization.
