AMS-Form-009: Representations and Certifications – Procurement Specific. Due to the value of this contract, DOE requires Business Representations and Certifications be completed for all procurements exceeding $10,000. If not already registered, please register as soon as possible since failure to do so may preclude BSA from doing business with your organization.
