The University of California, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory requests a proposal for a helium liquefaction plant. A new high capacity helium liquefaction plant is required as a critical element in support of LBNL’s commitments to the US Magnet Development Program, as well as enabling future application specific capabilities within the Berkeley Center for Magnet Technology. This RFP is for design, fabrication, delivery, and commissioning of the Plant. LBNL will perform the physical installation. Please see the attached documents for all requirements and specifications.
