The contractor will provide comprehensive maintenance, technical support, preventive maintenance, remote diagnostics, software updates, and warranty coordination for Cisco, Poly, and associated AV/VTC infrastructure at Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL). Support covers conference room systems, cameras, microphones, displays, codecs, control systems, network components, and related software and firmware. Services include proactive and reactive troubleshooting, repair coordination, configuration assistance, performance optimization, and manufacturer warranty support. Work must minimize disruption to BNL operations and ensure continued availability of critical conferencing capabilities. Performance of services will take place at Brookhaven National Laboratory.
