Vendor will have an existing system and service to scrape and distribute automatically BNL's job openings to State Workforce agency employment service delivery system (ESDS), Local Veterans Employment Representative (LVER’s) or Disabled Veterans Outreach Program Representative (DVOP’s) and through the appropriate Career One Stop Center to assure Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act/Jobs for Veterans Act (VEVRAA/JVA) and including individuals with disabilities (IWD) under Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 while ensuring compliance with OFCCP regulations with capability to add BNL as a new client to existing client base.
