Kindly participate in an “All Inclusive” “FFP” (Firm Fixed Price) RFQ by Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (herein known as “BSA”), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract (DE-SC0012704) with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) herewith solicits your quote for a Xspress 3 Mini - 1 Channel Readout System (No Substitutes) as outlined in the Draft Purchase Order (Enclosure A). IMPORTANT NOTE: Freight along with Tariffs and any Packing & Handling fees are to be included in the “All-Inclusive” price of the item delivered to BNL. *The BNL PO will NOT have a line for freight or extra fees. Please include all costs in the price of the product. If "ALL INCLUSIVE" pricing described above is not available for foreign products, BNL must be the importer on record: The Incoterms shall be “DAP” along with the utilization of BNLs Freight Forwarder to be provided. Please provide the following on your quote: 1. Country of Origin (COO) 2. Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) 3. Lead Time 4. Ship from Country or State Please also return the following along with your quote: Published Price list: Please provide a Published Price List that is available online. The Department of Energy requires that we justify our pricing. If an online Published Price List is not available, a redacted invoice from another customer that purchased the same or similar items in the past would suffice or a webpage screenshot of the same item showing online pricing. 2. System For Award Management (SAM): In order to support DOE reporting requirements, BSA requires all its vendors/contractors to be registered in the U. S. Government supplier database entitled System for Award Management (SAM) with their Unique Entity ID number (UEI#). Registration can be performed online at www.sam.gov. If not already registered, please register as soon as possible since failure to do so may preclude BSA from doing business with your organization. Please note that there is no charge for SAM registration. When registering, you are strongly urged to copy and paste www.sam.gov onto your browser address rather than utilizing your search engine. Utilizing your search engine may redirect you to an erroneous site.
