Items to be quoted: (1ea) Model 2050 On-Axis Rotation Tomography Holder or equivalent with the following critical technical specifications: 1) The ability to retract the mounted TEM sample into the body of the holder in order to protect the sample from damage during holder rod insertion 2) The ability to precisely index the rotation mechanism, in 120 degree increments, so that the sample is able to be fully rotated 360 degrees, and 3) must be able to interchangeably accept standard 1.8 mm APIFM specimen mounts and 1 mm FIB prepared specimens.
