Lawrence Livermore National Security, LLC (hereinafter called “LLNS”) is seeking sources for the performance of a Design/Build Project New Warehouse in support of LLNS’ requirements. The objective of the project is to design and construct a new single story, climate controlled, warehouse facility with a footprint of at least 19,200 gross square feet on a greenfield site. This facility will not have windows, office space or restrooms. The building is to be a pre-engineered type IIB building, sprinklered. The design must include the civil and site work necessary to provide user ABA and CBC-required access to the building within the overall site as shown in the attached Conceptual Civil Site Plan. LLNS is seeking General Contractors with successful Design/Build and IIB Building experience.
