Lawrence Livermore National Security, LLC (hereinafter called “LLNS”) is seeking sources for the performance of a Design/Build Project for STAR – New Building 183 Multi-Program Office Building consisting of approximately 20,000 SF metal panel office building with about 100 offices to allow for migration out of substandard space and to create quality new office space. The New Building 183 (Multi-Program Office Building) will include design and construction, site preparation, parking, landscaping, and interties with the nearest utilities. Interested contractors should submit their Capability Statement to Daniela Pac,via email at pac1@llnl.gov.
