The Laboratory is seeking contractors interested in providing modifications, repairs, construction, alterations and installations to the facilities, building and infrastructure components and systems for APS occupied Buildings/areas. This work includes varied general construction, consisting of architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical items to be performed on a per call basis. The calls will be initiated through the issuance of individual calls per project/job by an authorized Call Manager. The calls will be construction type calls that typically include common indoor and outdoor construction activities.
